✅ REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY – Paravarvaran
At Paravarvaran, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Certain items such as used products, perishable goods, customized items, and hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, customers can write to us at support@paravarvaran.in with their Order ID and clear images or videos of the issue. Once the concern is verified by our support team, we will arrange a pickup where applicable. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within five to seven working days, while refunds for COD orders will be provided via bank transfer or UPI within three to five working days. Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In the case of a successful cancellation before dispatch, the refund for prepaid orders will be processed within three to seven working days. We also offer replacements for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, subject to stock availability.
